Eligibility and agreement
Track+ is for adults age 18 or older. By creating an account or using Track+, you agree to these Terms and the Track+ Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
An organization and recordkeeping tool
Track+ records and organizes information entered by you or received from a service you connect. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose, confirm that an injection site is appropriate for you, continuously monitor emergencies, or replace a clinician, pharmacist, medication label, or manufacturer instruction.
The anatomical map is a logging aid, not injection training. Verify the medication, concentration, prescribed volume, vial, lot number, beyond-use date, route, and clinician-approved site before every injection.
Your account and records
You are responsible for accurate entries, protecting your credentials and devices, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You retain your rights in content you upload and allow Veilpoint to host, process, display, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you select.
Do not upload another person's records without authority, unlawful material, malware, or deceptive information. Keep original source documents. The original document controls over a value extracted or summarized by Track+.
Reminders and calculations
Schedules, vial deductions, supply estimates, adherence status, site history, lot notices, beyond-use-date notices, and reminders depend on correct entries and device availability. Notifications may fail because of permissions, battery restrictions, network outages, time-zone changes, operating-system behavior, or service interruptions.
Free and Premium access
Track Free includes the core features shown in the app without a subscription. Track+ Premium includes only the additional features displayed on the purchase screen at the time of purchase.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google before the end of the current billing period. The store shows the price, taxes, and billing period before purchase. No introductory free trial is offered at initial launch. Deleting a Track+ account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Clinic-sponsored Premium may end if a participating clinic connection or clinic agreement ends. Ending clinic-sponsored access does not cancel a separately purchased store subscription.
Clinic connections
A clinic receives Track+ information only after the required pairing and confirmation steps. You may disconnect future sharing. A clinic may retain prescriptions, orders, notes, downloaded reports, or other records it is legally required to maintain. Provider messages are not continuously monitored and must not be used for emergencies.
AI and extracted information
AI-assisted organization, report extraction, and summaries may omit or misclassify information. Review results against your entry and source document. AI output is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medication attribution, or authorization to change a dose.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, access another person's account without authority, probe security controls, use automated means that burden the service, upload malicious content, violate law, or use Track+ to provide unlicensed medical services.
Availability, warranties, and responsibility
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, third-party requirements, or product operation. Connected services and store features may be unavailable by device, region, permission, membership, or provider decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track+ is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that every reminder, connection, calculation, extraction, or notification will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
