Privacy, explained clearly.

Depending on the features you choose, Track+ may process:

• Account and profile information such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, profile selection, and account-security information.
• Medication and treatment records, including medication names, concentrations, prescribed volumes, schedules, vial amounts, lot numbers, beyond-use dates, storage conditions, injection dates, sites, pain ratings, notes, and follow-up responses.
• Journal and instance information, including observations, durations, ratings, free-text notes, and structured fields you review.
• Reports and documents you upload, including laboratory and body-composition reports, extracted values, source dates, and generated exports.
• Clinic-link information, messages, documents, requests, and approvals when you deliberately connect to a participating CliniTrack clinic.
• Optional location information used for a return-home medication reminder. This feature is not intended to create a continuous location history.
• Purchase and subscription status received from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Track+ does not receive your complete payment-card number.
• Limited device, security, and operational information used to authenticate sessions, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, and diagnose failures.
• Wearable data only when a supported connection is available and you authorize it.

We use information to operate features you request, maintain your account, calculate schedules and vial inventory from your entries, generate reports, organize journal content, support clinic sharing you authorize, deliver reminders, process subscriptions, secure the service, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Track+ does not diagnose a condition, decide that a medication caused an observation, or authorize a dose change. Original source documents and clinician instructions control over extracted or summarized information.

When you use an AI-assisted feature, the information needed for that request may be sent to a configured AI service provider. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review structured journal fields, extracted report values, and summaries against your entry or source document before relying on them.

We may share only the information needed with service providers that host the service, deliver account email, process subscriptions, or perform a feature you request. Current service categories include application and database hosting, account-recovery email, app-store entitlement processing, and enabled AI-assisted processing.

A clinic receives Track+ information only after you complete the required pairing and confirmation flow. We do not sell personal health information or use it for targeted advertising.

Return-home reminders are optional. Track+ requests location access only when you choose that feature. Device settings, battery restrictions, network conditions, and operating-system behavior may delay or prevent location events or notifications. You may revoke permission in system settings, which disables the related reminder.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Account-deletion requests lock the Track+ account and begin a 30-day recovery period. After that period, account records are removed from the primary system, subject to backup expiration and records another recipient must retain independently.

Track+ cannot delete copies you exported, printed, downloaded, or separately provided to another recipient. A clinic may retain records it is legally required to maintain.

You may update profile information, control optional permissions, disconnect a clinic, manage or restore a subscription through the applicable store, export supported records, and request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, obtain, or delete information and to appeal certain privacy decisions.

Track+ is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit an under-18 user to create an account.
